Role Overview
- Manage a portfolio of ER casework at high complexity and risk levels.
- Support organisational design and organisational change activity.
- Deliver restructures, role changes, redundancies and contractual changes.
- Partner with leaders across all levels of the organisation, providing advice and coaching.
This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full‑time, fixed‑term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in organisational design or organisational change.
- Strong ER case management experience (complex, high‑risk cases).
- Understanding of UK employment law and ability to apply legislative updates.
- Ability to coach, influence and challenge stakeholders across seniority levels.
