Trade Channels Manager to bring fresh insights and expertise to our P&O Cruises department.
Role Overview
Part of the Sales team, the Trade Channels Manager leads the planning and execution of a multi-channel B2B communication strategy across social media, email and trade publications – driving P&O Cruises performance in the travel industry. This role is accountable for the Travel agent Reward & Loyalty scheme, utilising insights and analytics to deliver engaging incentives whilst ensuring P&O Cruises remains easy to do business and top-of-mind for agents to sell and recommend.
The Trade Channels manager identifies valuable trade sponsorships, events and award opportunities, providing recommendations to senior leaders to enhance visibility and appeal of P&O Cruises within the travel market. A strong influencer with marketing and leadership experience, the Trade Channels Manager inspires colleagues and direct reports to deliver exceptional B2B campaigns and experiences at every opportunity.
This pivotal role will involve:
- Lead and manage the team to deliver a consistent, multi-channel communication strategy across social media, email, and trade publications aligned to Brand Guidelines.
- Ensure effective trade messaging, including operational updates, product launches, sales campaigns and incentives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, PR, Marketing, Events and other brands to deliver impactful B2B communications.
- Drive CRM and loyalty initiatives; shaping the user journey, growing the database and leading on the delivery of the B2B Reward & Loyalty scheme.
This role is positioned at CUK08 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, 12 month fixed term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

- Experience of working as part of a Sales team ideally in Travel.
- Project management experience
- Experience working with suppliers, agencies and/or 3rd party vendors.
