Job Description

The Role
The People Business Partner provide a service championing a people agenda that supports the delivery of business goals, as well as support and guidance that enables leaders to effectively deliver their people plan/strategy and enables a Culture of high performance.
- As a member of the management team build and maintain effective relationships across the business areas supportedand to drive value addedbest practice people solutions that are commercially orientated andsupport the business.
- Support the delivery of the cyclical people activity in business areas providing a consistent, quality approach that results in leaders providing effective management that engages, motivates and develops their teams.
- Support short and medium-term resource planning to ensure people capability is available to deliver business goals when required. Work in partnership with People teams to deliver these plans.
- With support from the Senior Business Partners and/or Senior People Director, guide and deliver the cultural and people aspects of organisational change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives within the business area in order to improve business efficiency.
- With support from the Senior Business Partner and/or SPD , ensure effective planning and implementation of change initiatives and coordinating the provision of advice on HR best practice, legal implications and business requirements in conjunction with People teams.
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK07 and is offered on a full time, 10 months fixed term contract basis starting in Jan 2026, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, a minimum of 3 days per week.
