Job Description

Join Carnival UK as an Analyst, ePMO and help shape the future of strategic delivery. This role sits within our Enterprise PMO team and plays a key part in enabling confident decision‑making across our change portfolio. You’ll work closely with planning and delivery teams to ensure data integrity, governance coordination, and insightful reporting that drives business outcomes.

This role is classified as CUK09 and is available on a full‑time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the coordination and submission of governance documentation for ePMO forums and reviews.
  • Maintain data integrity and manage the ePMO SharePoint site to ensure accurate storage of key documents.
  • Track actions and decisions from governance forums, ensuring timely follow‑up and completion.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the ePMO team and contribute to high‑quality reporting and analysis.

What we’re looking for:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong command of MS Office tools including Power BI.
  • Experience in programme or project support within a structured portfolio management framework.
  • Exposure to the full or substantial parts of the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to produce dashboards and reports that support prioritisation and benefits realisation.
