Role Overview

As a Sales Manager within our P&O Cruises Trade Sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving commercial success and building strategic relationships with our travel agent partners across the UK. Key accountabilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Create and present annual business plans and co-operative marketing strategies to deliver growth and KPIs.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary contact for your portfolio of travel agent partners, building senior-level relationships and ensuring P&O Cruises has a strong share of voice.
  • Sales Delivery: Develop tactical sales plans, monitor performance, and implement training initiatives to empower frontline sales teams.
  • Commercial & Budget Management: Negotiate commercial terms, manage incentive programmes, and oversee marketing budgets to ensure ROI and compliance.
