The role will be accountable for supporting the sales team in developing revenue streams and maximising all business opportunities within trade sales. They will be responsible for creating communications to the wider travel agent audience. Providing travel agent support via our Academy inbox, and supporting the Sales Operations Manager and Senior Executive, Sales Support in creating and delivering the trade engagement strategy for Princess Cruises in line with our company objectives.

The strategy includes delivery of market-leading events, ship visits, training, communications and incentives to our Travel Agent Partners, ensuring that it is relevant, on brand and engaging utilising a multi-channel approach across face-to-face, online and print.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Support the wider Sales Team with agent booking enquiries and development.
