The Role

The e Commerce team leads Carnival UK's digital commerce agenda across P&O Cruises and Cunard, driving digital channel performance, customer experience, product ownership, content governance and insight‑led decision making.

As a VP, e Commerce, you'll play a pivotal role in steering the direction of the Corporate team, ensuring we continue to deliver unforgettable holiday happiness.

Your direction will not only influence our business health but also inspire a team of e Commerce professionals to excel in their roles.

Key accountabilities include

  • Own the end‑to‑end commercial performance of digital channels across all global markets, setting revenue, traffic and conversion strategies across web and app platforms.
  • Define and champion the channel strategy across web and app, ensuring a cohesive, brand‑appropriate customer experience that drives acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Provide executive sponsorship and strategic direction for the Product Owner community, shaping product investment decisions and roadmap prioritisation.
  • Build and embed a rigorous insight and analytics capability that drives evidence‑based decision‑making across Channels & Commerce.
  • Job Requirements

This role demands a blend of strategic vision & technical expertise. We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience leading large‑scale e Commerce functions with ownership of commercial performance and digital trading outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in digital channel strategy, customer experience optimisation and conversion performance.
  • Significant experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams across product, content, experience, analytics and trading.
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to influence strategic investment and technology roadmap decisions.
