Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for sales enquiries and a trusted product expert, serving as the front line of our business.
  • Using product knowledge and sales skills, encourage guests to book, recognising opportunities to maximise the cruise experience through upselling cruise holiday products and ancillaries.
  • Work with limited supervision to meet stretching conversion, revenue targets, quality metrics and customer‑satisfaction goals in line with CCO monthly targets.

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills and a desire to go the extra mile for guests and travel partners.
  • Sales conversion techniques to meet targets.
  • Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales position with an understanding of working to targets.

Interview Process

Interview Process: You will be asked to complete online assessments (tasks and a one‑way video interview). If progressed, you will attend a face‑to‑face interview in Carnival House, Southampton.

Interview dates will be throughout July and August.

Start dates: September 2026 (we may also talent pool for future start dates).

Training & Working Hours

Training: first 8 weeks will be with our training team, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00.

Average working hours are 40 per week.

Shift schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 20:15, Saturday 08:30 to 18:15 and Sunday 10:00 – 17:15, inclusive of weekends and evenings. You will work 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per 4 weeks. Breaks for lunch are excluded. Rostered basis – details subject to local arrangements with the CCO Resource Planning team.

Hybrid Working

Hybrid: minimum of two days per week in our Southampton office or fully home‑based if further afield.
