Role Overview

The Sales Support & Systems Analyst manages travel agent access to booking engines, API platforms, and provides technical and reporting support for Cunard, Princess Cruises, and P&O Cruises. The role involves working with IT teams to ensure system performance, developing solutions, creating reports, and communicating improvements. The position requires a flexible, resilient, and curious approach to problem-solving.

This role includes:

  • Managing booking processes and ensuring system availability for UK and international travel agents.
  • Facilitating project delivery and representing travel agent partners.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to enhance system access and functionality.
  • Conducting user acceptance testing, managing security, and supporting audits.
  • Creating reports using MS Excel to support business goals.

This is a full-time, permanent role at CUK09 level with hybrid work options.

What You\’ll Bring:

Advanced MS Excel skills, experience with report creation, data manipulation, stakeholder presentation skills, and familiarity with SQL, Power BI, API management, and systems development. Experience in the travel/cruise industry is preferred.
