Join Princess Cruises, one of Carnival Corporation\’s iconic cruise brands, as our Training and Engagement Manager . This pivotal role involves leading the education and inspiration of travel agents across the UK to champion our brand. Based in Southampton with extensive travel across the UK, this is an exciting opportunity to shape national training strategy and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
As the face and voice of Princess Cruises to the UK travel trade, you\’ll:
- Develop and deliver a national multi-channel learning strategy
- Create and maintain engaging training materials aligned with brand guidelines
- Deliver training via webinars, live streams, e-learning, and in-person sessions
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and other stakeholders to drive performance, engaging with travel agents through social media, events, and familiarisation trips
This role is classified as a CUK08, offered on a full-time permanent basis with hybrid work arrangements. It includes extensive travel.
Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership
- Proven experience in the travel or tourism industry, ideally in sales or training
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience with online learning platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, Photoshop)
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel (25-50%)
