The Role
As a Director, Technology Business Partnering, youll be the liaison between Carnival UKs Maritime and Ships, along with Corporate function and the Technology department. Youll lead engagement with senior stakeholders across Carnival Group, ensuring technology investments are aligned with business goals, risks are managed, and opportunities are fully leveraged. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the technology roadmap and enabling high-quality, high-impact delivery across ship and shore.
Key accountabilities include:
- Leading strategic engagement between Technology and Martime & Corporate Functions.
- Driving decisions on technology investments and aligning them with business priorities.
- Facilitating planning processes across CUK, All Brand Group, and other operating companies.
- Ensuring effective stakeholder engagement from investment decision to delivery.
- Supporting business ownership and participation in roadmap releases and change initiatives.
