The Role

As an AVP, DTO Lead Business Partner , you\’ll own the strategic relationship between the Digital & Technology Organisation (DTO) and the P&O Cruises and Cunard brands. You will act as the senior interface into brand leadership, ensuring digital and technology priorities are understood, aligned, and executed with clarity and pace. Your leadership will shape how the brand experiences DTO through structured engagement, prioritised delivery, and improved speed to outcome.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Leading brand engagement and strategic alignment across P&O Cruises and Cunard.
  • Driving prioritisation and planning of brand initiatives into DTO delivery.
  • Managing governance, risk, and performance reporting across brand-facing initiatives.
  • Acting as escalation and coordination lead between brand stakeholders and DTO teams.
