About The Role
During an exciting time of growth, we are now recruiting for Operatives within our Drainage division.
- Carrying out drainage installation, maintenance, and repair
- Supporting excavation and reinstatement works
- Operating plant and tools in a safe, effective manner
- Ensuring compliance with site health & safety procedures
- Working as part of a close-knit team on highways and civils projects
- Completing site paperwork and following method statements
Within this role you will be required to work nationally, and the majority of our roles within Carnell’s Drainage Department are night working.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in drainage, groundworks, or utilities
- CSCS card
- NRSWA / Confined Spaces / CPCS / NPORS tickets (preferred but not essential)
- A strong focus on health & safety and teamwork
- Flexibility to travel and work night shifts or weekends when required
- Full, clean UK driving license
