About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Ledger to join our team. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Accurately process and enter purchase invoices
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations
- Manage invoice queries, including requesting copy invoices, credit notes, and delivery notes from suppliers
- Upload and import invoices into the accounting system
- Monitor and manage the accounts email inbox
- Carry out general administrative support tasks
- Enter and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets
- Upload and email invoices into the accounting system using Continia
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required
- Assist with the management of the account’s inbox
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar finance or accounts role
- Experience working with subcontractors and knowledge of the CIS Scheme is advantageous
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with an end-to-end 3-way match Accounts Payable process (PO-GRN-Invoice matching)
