Base pay range Overview Our client is a European Private Credit investment business primarily financing technology companies.
As they raise for a new fund and grow the business, there is a need to hire an experienced Finance professional to oversee all of Finance and Operations.
You will be an experienced professional, ideally with a background in Private Debt/Credit or other areas of Private Markets.
The Role Manage our external fund administrator to oversee day-to-day fund operations and quarterly reporting Fund modelling and shadow accounts Prepare/review valuations and ensure full supporting documents are provided to auditors Manage banking, tax, annual audit processes and third-party vendors Calculate quarterly gross/net IRR movements and other fund metrics along with ad hoc waterfall carry calculations Controls
