This is a newly created Director of Tax role to establish and lead the tax function across this International hospitality group. This position will report to the VP of Finance and will take ownership of all tax-related matters across the portfolio, operating across multiple jurisdictions.
The role is central to the business as it continues to expand and execute on its investment strategy within a global, private equity-backed hospitality environment. The Director of Tax will provide practical, commercially focused tax leadership, supporting growth while ensuring the business maintains strong governance and risk management standards.
The successful individual will have at least four years’ post-qualification experience and bring a solid level of technical tax expertise, paired with a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach. Close collaboration with internal teams and the PE's tax function will be essential, with responsibilities spanning compliance, tax planning, and the proactive management of tax risk as the business evolves.
