A unique opportunity to join a growing investment firm in a broad, highly visible role at the heart of the business. Working closely with the Head of People and senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of a diverse remit spanning business operations, workplace management, events, oversight of the EA team and people-related processes, helping to ensure the firm runs efficiently and continues to scale successfully.

A key initial project will be leading the firm's search for new office space, partnering with brokers, landlords and senior stakeholders to identify and deliver an exceptional workplace solution. Previous experience managing office relocations, workplace projects or office searches would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the firm's office search and potential relocation project, working closely with brokers, landlords and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a key operational partner to the Head of People and senior leadership team, supporting the smooth running of the business.
  • Lead and continuously improve operational processes, ensuring the firm is well-positioned to support future growth.
  • Manage a broad range of business-critical projects across workplace operations, employee experience, events and business administration.
  • Oversee office operations, facilities, suppliers, contracts and workplace initiatives, creating a seamless employee experience.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the EA team.
  • Oversee the coordination and delivery of leadership offsites, corporate events and investor-facing events, ensuring exceptional execution.
  • Drive process improvements, operational efficiencies and automation initiatives across the business.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, brokers, landlords and service providers.
  • Support business continuity planning and operational risk management.
  • Partner closely with teams across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Investor Relations and People to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
  • Oversee key operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits and employee administration.
About You
  • Experience in Business Operations, Operations Management, Chief of Staff, Business Management, Executive Assistant/Operations or Workplace Management roles.
  • Experience within investment management, private equity, venture capital, financial services, consulting or another fast-paced professional services environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects, workplace initiatives, office moves or corporate events.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where no two days are the same.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with senior leaders.
  • Commercially minded, highly organised and naturally proactive.
  • A problem solver who enjoys improving processes and finding better ways of working.
  • Happy rolling up your sleeves while also contributing strategically.
