The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
A brand-new opportunity has arisen for a Campus Recruiter with at least 5 cycles under their belt, to come in and manage the UK and European campaigns. This fund is enormously popular so the target universities will be Oxbridge / Ivy League and their European equivalents, although the successful candidate may well bring their own knowledge into the process.
In addition to running the summer campaigns, this role will be the point of contact for the interns and graduates during their time at the fund and will also lead in their personal development. This role reports into the Global Head of Graduate Recruitment.
The Role
- Graduate & Internship Recruitment
- Integral part in designing the implementing the global annual recruitment of graduates.
- Build a strong Campus presence
- Manage the recruitment, conduct interviews, run assessment centres.
Programme Management
- Plan and deliver the Summer Internship Programme and Graduate Programme
- Organise training and development, guest speakers and networking events
- Act as 'HR BP' for interns and graduates.
- Liaise closely with Business Leaders and Portfolio managers
- Analyse feedback and make recommendations
The Candidate
- Must have experience in at least 5 cycles as a Campus Recruiter in Funds or in Global Markets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work both hard and smart
- Data driven mindset.
- Have excellent presentation skills, written and spoken. Being able to be concise and accurate. (no long CV's please!)
- There is no sponsorship for this role. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK via British Passport or ILR.
- This role is 100% office based.
