This is a varied, hands-on role combining traditional EA support with office management, events coordination, travel management, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and inbox management for senior executives
- Organising international and domestic travel coordination, including visitors
- Meeting preparation, expenses, and administrative support
- Office operations, facilities, and supplier management
- Coordination of corporate events and investor meetings
- Liaison with investors, business owners, and external stakeholders
About You
- Minimum 5 years' Executive Assistant experience within financial or professional services
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership teams
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-orientated
- Professional, discreet, and confident communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Degree educated preferred
