Payroll Manager – Financial Services, £80k – £90k base My client is a first class and well known Private Equity firm with a head office in Central London.
An opportunity has arisen for a talented and high potential Payroll Specialist with the abilities and ambition to branch out further into other aspects of reward.
The majority of this role is UK, European and a little US payroll, however the remit for the successful candidate extends to other essential areas of the HR team.
The Role (shall include but not be limited to)
Payroll
- Own the payroll process for the UK, US, France, Germany and Luxembourg
- Assist with Tax implications of the globally mobile
- Own the payroll audit
Other Duties
- Contribute to the annual salary and bonus review
- Manage the annual staff budget process
- Work with an HRIS to prepare workforce planning data
The Candidate
- At least 5 years\’ experience of payroll with at least 3 years\’ experience managing an annual payroll process in a fast paced UK based Financial Services environment, ideally Buy Side.
- Experience generating detailed reports
- Strong IT including advanced Excel.
This role is 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
