We're working with a fast-paced Financial Services firm looking to appoint an HR Operations Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is a hands-on HR Operations role, responsible for delivering and continually improving the employee lifecycle whilst ensuring an excellent experience for employees across the business.

The position will suit someone who enjoys operational HR, systems, reporting and process improvement rather than a traditional HR Business Partner role.

Responsibilities will include

  • Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries.
  • Owning the day-to-day running of the HRIS (Workday).
  • Producing monthly HR reporting, dashboards and headcount information.
  • Improving HR processes and identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Ensuring HR records, policies and processes remain compliant and accurate.
  • Supporting payroll reporting and wider HR projects.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver an efficient HR Operations function.

We're looking for someone with

  • Around 8+ years' HR Operations experience.
  • A genuine HR Operations background rather than an HRBP profile.
  • Strong experience managing employee lifecycle processes.
  • Previous ownership of Workday
  • Excellent HR reporting and analytical skills.
  • Experience improving HR processes and systems.
  • Ideally a Financial Services or other regulated environment background.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to make an immediate impact.
  • Fantastic “customer focused” attitude. A “high touch” attitude is needed.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team in a broad operational role where you'll have genuine ownership of HR processes and the opportunity to influence improvements across the function.

This role is 4 days in the office (3 might be possible for the perfect candidate).

There will be no visa sponsorship for this role.
