Our client is a leading global private markets manager focused on private equity, secondaries, credit and infrastructure with a global network of more than 25 offices and β¬200 billion of assets under management.
Key Responsibilities
- Management and oversight of the Evergreen monthly reporting and factsheet production.
- Manage automation projects of various internal processes, identifying areas for automation, running independent control tests, enhancing the Fund reporting processes and ultimately improving efficiency to support the growth of the business.
- Support the Evergreen Treasury team with NAV borrowing base analysis on an ongoing basis, along with support on compliance requirements as per Borrower agreements.
- Support weekly Investment Committee decisions with allocation and other type analysis required.
- Management and oversight of monthly and ad hoc reporting for the Finance team to support the Group Reporting.
- Ad hoc analysis, including requests from investors and other internal teams.
- Support broader regulatory and compliance reporting.
- Design and oversight of appropriate controls environment to ensure accurate reporting, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
- Responsible for the relationship with Third Party Administrators and Fund Auditors.
Qualifications and experience required
- University degree.
- Chartered Accountant ACA/ACCA.
- Minimum 10 years in Professional Services or Alternative Investments or Financial Services.
- Experience of Private Credit Funds.
- Expertise in analysing data and presenting clear, concise summaries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Advanced Excel user (e.g. PowerQuery, modelling or equivalent), proficiency in M365 Suite.
- Experience implementing or maintaining a major project or new business process would be advantageous.
