My client is a well established Private Equity firm based in London’s West End within easy walking distance of Victoria Station. An opportunity has arisen to join a small and professional team in the capacity of Compliance Analyst. This is a highly unusual Graduate level position which gives the successful candidate a fantastic first step in a highly desirable and future proof career in Financial Services.

The Candidate

  • Knowledge and interest in financial services (ie know what phrases like Buy Side means).

The Role

  • Maintain the Compliance Calendar, monitor key deliverables, and support the preparation and submission of FCA, SEC, AIFMD and other regulatory returns.
  • Coordinate and maintain AML and KYC processes, including training enrolment, documentation collation, and upkeep of internal records.
  • Support the annual review and ongoing updates of compliance documentation such as the Compliance Manual, Compliance Review and key registers (Gifts & Entertainment, NDAs, Outside Interests, Personal Account Dealing, and Directorships).
  • Assist with insurance and regulatory renewals across multiple jurisdictions (including D&O, ESOS, AIFMD, MiFID II, MLD4, and DAC 6).
  • Manage corporate filings and maintain entity ownership records across UK, US, and other jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
  • Support governance and audit processes, including Risk Management Committee meetings, CASS reviews, and fund/corporate audits.
  • Contribute to ad hoc compliance and HR projects, such as visa renewals, handbook updates, and internal presentations.
