An excellent opportunity for a highly organised, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join a busy investment environment on an initial 6-month maternity cover contract, working closely with one or two analysts.
This is a varied role combining Assistant responsibilities with report production and administrative support. It would suit someone who enjoys a structured, process-driven environment and takes real pride in producing work that is accurate, polished and to a high standard.
The role will include:
- Accurate report and broker note production, using established templates and examples
- Copy typing and formatting of research and meeting notes β accuracy is more important than speed
- Adding broker votes and maintaining spreadsheets
- Downloading daily FactSet reports and additional research notes as required
- Managing and filing emails into the correct company folders
- Busy diary management across multiple time zones
- Liaising with high-profile clients, brokers and company contacts
- Coordinating meetings, global travel and detailed itineraries
- Preparing and processing expenses using Concur
- Providing general administrative and EA support to the analysts
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous EA, PA, Team Assistant or similar experience
- Excellent attention to detail and a naturally meticulous approach
- Strong typing, copy typing and document production skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Office and Outlook skills
- Experience managing complex diaries and international travel
- Experience with expenses, ideally Concur
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible, proactive and team-focused approach
The role is initially for 6 months, with a commitment through to February with potential for extension, and the successful candidate will ideally be available to start ASAP.
