A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Accounts Payable / Procurement Administrator to join a highly professional and friendly team based in beautiful Mayfair offices. This is a varied role combining finance administration, procurement coordination, and general office support within a collaborative London office environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing supplier invoices and raising approvals via the Probatus platform
  • Requesting POs and coordinating payments with internal teams
  • Bank statement reconciliations and expense processing
  • Credit control and chasing outstanding invoices
  • Maintaining invoicing trackers and bookkeeping records
  • Liaising with banks, auditors, payroll and tax advisers
  • Ordering office supplies and arranging couriers
  • Supporting with general office administration and ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous Accounts Payable / finance administration experience
  • Strong numeracy and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
