My client is one of the top Venture Capital firms. They are looking for a strong HR Generalist to act as Senior HR Business Partner as well as supervise all the HR BAU that has to be done. While not technically a stand alone role, in real terms it should be treated as one.

The candidate must have a background as an HR Generalist within a UK office within Private Equity or similar industry. Regretably candidates from other backgrounds will not be considered.

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 9+ years' experience in Human Resources within an FCA regulated environment.
  • Strong HR Business Partnering Skills
  • Knowledge of UK Employment Law
