HR Associate - Private Equity - £60 000 - £65 000 My client is leading growth investment firm with a strong international footprint and is hiring an HR Associate to join its London office. This newly created role reflects the firm\'s evolving people strategy and will report directly to the Chief People Officer.
The HR Associate will take on a broad generalist remit, covering the full employee lifecycle, performance management, employee relations and more. You\'ll have the chance to contribute to shaping HR initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for a high-potential HR professional with approximately 4-5 years of experience in a buy-side investment firm, high-growth fintech, or similarly fast-paced financial services setting. It offers scope to take on more responsibility and make a tangible impact within a growing, people-driven culture.
The Candidate
- 4+ years of HR Generalist experience in PE, Investment Management, Family Office, VC, HedgeFund or Fintech firm in a UK office
- Strong IT Skills, especially Excel
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- An interest in technology.
There will be some flexibility when it comes to working from home. Expect 4 days in the office and 1 from home, although there will be times when this may well be 5:0 as well as sometimes 3:2
