Fund Administrator / Accounts Assistant

Our client, a global investment and advisory firm with over $8.4 billion in assets under management, is seeking a Assistant Fund Accountant to join their Fund Operations team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to join a high-performing, international team operating across real assets. Working closely with experienced finance leaders, you’ll play a key role in supporting fund operations and gain broad exposure across a dynamic and diverse investment platform. The role offers full study support towards the ACA qualification , with structured development and mentorship to help you build a career in fund finance. Assist with quarterly investor reporting and year-end fund audits. Co-ordinate invoice payments and monitor fund bank accounts, including reconciliations. Process key financial documents from underlying fund managers, including valuations and financial statements. Support AML/KYC procedures during investor onboarding. Contribute to wider projects and assist other teams such as Investments and Corporate Finance. A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Basic understanding of accounting principles; any accounting-related experience is a plus. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Receive full ACA study support via ICAEW, along with paid study leave.
