Our client is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner 1:1 with the Founder & Managing Partner. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role at the heart of one of Europe’s most dynamic venture firms — working alongside a world‑class investment team that values precision, pace, and purpose.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide seamless 1:1 executive support — calendar, travel, inbox, and communications
  • Act as a key connector between founders, investors and partners
  • Manage complex logistics and confidential information with ease
  • Gain exposure to all aspects of VC operations and investment activity

Experience required – essential to check carefully:

  • 5+ years as an EA at C‑Suite or Founder level (including at least 2 years 1:1)
  • Tech‑savvy and confident using GSuite, MS Office and AI tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
