My client is a well established Private Equity firm based in London’s West End within easy walking distance of Victoria Station. An opportunity has arisen to join a small and professional team in the capacity of Compliance Analyst. This is a highly unusual Graduate level position which gives the successful candidate a fantastic first step in a highly desirable and future proof career in Financial Services.
The Candidate
- Strong Academics in relevant subjects.

- Knowledge and interest in financial services (ie know what phrases like Buy Side means).

The Role
- Maintain the Compliance Calendar, monitor key deliverables, and support the preparation and submission of FCA, SEC, AIFMD and other regulatory returns.
- Coordinate and maintain AML and KYC processes, including training enrolment, documentation collation, and upkeep of internal records.
- Support the annual review and ongoing updates of compliance documentation such as the Compliance Manual, Compliance Review and key registers.
