We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Operations professional to work closely with senior leadership and play an important role in supporting the team and keeping the business running smoothly as it grows. Ideally you will be a superstar at all things 'tech' and AI.
This is a broad, hands-on and highly varied role, covering:
- Executive support – complex diary management, travel, correspondence, expenses and priorities
- Office & workplace operations – suppliers, facilities, catering and the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Sourcing tenants for fantastic new offices.
- Events & team activities – planning, logistics and coordination
- People administration – onboarding, employee records, documentation and general HR administration
- Systems & processes – using modern technology and AI tools to streamline administration and improve ways of working
We’re looking for someone exceptionally organised, proactive and resourceful, with the judgement to anticipate what’s needed and make things happen.
This could suit an experienced EA, Office Manager or Operations professional, or an earlier-career candidate with outstanding potential, learning agility and a genuine interest in technology.
