We are investing in our brand and go-to-market capabilities/strategies, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team of ten. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership and project management of allocated campaigns, alongside the development and ongoing management of product-focused supporting materials. This includes shaping messaging, producing content, and supporting media and industry engagement. The role will also draw on the candidate's industry knowledge to contribute to broader marketing initiatives across the business.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on funds or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field; master's degree preferred
- Strong understanding of industry dynamics, including product structure, regulatory landscape, distribution channels, and market trends
- Specific knowledge or experience in ETFs, AML and private markets would be highly advantageous
- Organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience creating client-facing product content or materials in a professional services or investment environment
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various channels and audiences
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations for financial services marketing communications is a plus
Role and Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of your assigned campaigns, ensuring strong alignment with commercial objectives. Plan, manage, or contribute to other multi-channel marketing campaigns as required. Oversee timelines, budgets, agency and stakeholder coordination to ensure on time, high quality delivery.
- Product Collateral: Own the development and maintenance of clear, consistent product messaging across priority service lines and jurisdictions. Lead the creation of high-quality, client-facing product materials, including brochures, presentations, factsheets and digital assets. Partner with Product, Sales and subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into compelling, compliant marketing narratives. Support go-to-market activity for new or evolving products, including messaging, launch materials and internal enablement content. Ensure product materials remain accurate and up to date in line with regulatory change, product developments and commercial priorities. Manage and curate the product content library, ensuring materials are easy to access, current and effective for client-facing teams. Act as a marketing point of contact for product-related communications, helping ensure consistency across campaigns, channels and regions.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content assets. Collaborate with design and subject matter experts to produce engaging visuals, video and thought leadership pieces.
- Paid and Social Media Channel Management: Work with the team to create and execute social media plans. Collaborate with the team to align paid and earned media plans. Drive growth and engagement through best practice promotional content production and audience management. Monitor and analyse performance to refine strategy.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyse campaign and communications performance using relevant tools. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including performance data for campaigns and broader activities. Provide insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and subject matter experts to ensure communications align with business priorities. Where needed, support the planning and execution of events. Ensure communications adhere to regulatory and compliance standards within financial services.
