Description
Who are we looking for?
An exciting opportunity to join the fastest growing area in fund solutions as a Manager within our Distribution Operations team. The role is based in our London office to support the provision of MIFID as well as host ACD and AIFM services. As a member of our expanding team, you will support the distribution of funds internationally. Responsibilities include data management, reconciliation, client services, and business acceptance testing.
Minimum Requirements
- Third-level qualification in business/finance/law or similar
- 5-6 years experience in fund distribution operations or regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of UK products (e.g., UCITS, NURs, QIS, AIFs, Unit Trusts, OEICs, ICVCs, Investment Trusts)
- Relevant industry qualifications preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of FCA requirements (e.g., SYSC, COLL, COBs, FUND, SUP, CASS, PROD, ESG)
Responsibilities
- Fund Distribution Support: Assist in international fund distribution, including data management, reconciliation, client services, and business acceptance testing.
- Onboarding: Manage onboarding of new funds/share classes to various platforms (EU and UK).
- Client Service: Provide professional client support and resolve queries efficiently.
- Compliance: Support compliance with CGUK\’s Product Governance and Consumer Duty requirements.
- Oversight: Oversee UK ACD from a distribution perspective.
- Reporting: Conduct distributor due diligence, AML/KYC, board reporting, and other distribution-related functions.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to internal process development and optimization to enhance customer experience.
