The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership and project management of allocated campaigns with a strong emphasis on digital execution, platform effectiveness and lead outcomes. This includes shaping campaign messaging, coordinating activity across digital channels, and ensuring campaigns support commercial objectives. The role will draw on digital experience and industry knowledge to contribute to larger marketing projects, support the development of Carne’s digital marketing capability, and improve the effectiveness of lead generation and management across the business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on funds or related industries
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
- Strong understanding of industry dynamics, including product structure, regulatory landscape, distribution channels, and market trends
- Specific knowledge or experience in ETFs, AML and private markets would be highly advantageous
- Proficient in the application of marketing automation and CMS tools (e.g. Hubspot, Wordpress etc), social and paid media platforms and their relationship with CRM platforms
- Can leverage data and analytics to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI
- Organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience creating client-facing product content or materials in a professional services or investment environment
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various channels and audiences
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations for financial services marketing communications is a plus
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management
- Own the planning, execution and optimisation of assigned campaigns, with a strong digital focus and clear alignment to commercial objectives
- Lead digitally led campaign delivery, ensuring activity across channels supports awareness, engagement and lead outcomes
- Plan, manage or contribute to other multi-channel marketing campaigns as required
- Oversee timelines, budgets, agencies and stakeholder coordination to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Ensure campaigns are effectively integrated across digital platforms, user journeys and lead management processes
- Digital Platforms, UX and SEO
- Support the effective and consistent use of key digital platforms in line with campaign and lead objectives
- Contribute to the optimisation of user journeys and digital experience using performance insight and campaign data
- Work with digital specialists to support SEO optimisation and improve discoverability and organic performance
- Apply digital best practice while ensuring alignment with Carne’s brand, regulatory and compliance requirements
- Content and Digital Activation
- Develop and coordinate campaign content designed for digital performance and engagement
- Collaborate with design teams and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality digital content assets
- Support thought leadership and digital storytelling initiatives that contribute to campaign and engagement goals
- Paid and Social Media Channel Management
- Work with the team to create and execute social media and digital channel plans
- Collaborate on paid, owned and earned media activity to support campaign reach and lead generation
- Monitor channel performance and support optimisation based on results and insights
- Lead Management & Commercial Enablement
- Support the lead management process, with a clear understanding of how digital campaigns drive lead generation, qualification and conversion
- Work closely with Sales and commercial teams to ensure effective lead hand-off and follow-up
- Help improve reporting and visibility across campaign performance, digital activity and lead outcomes
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyse campaign and digital performance using relevant tools and dashboards to generate insight and inform strategy
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports covering campaigns, digital engagement and lead performance
- Provide insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Digital, Customer Success and subject matter experts to align campaigns with business priorities
- Contribute to marketing platform development through technology team partnerships
- Where needed, support the planning and execution of events as part of wider campaigns
- Ensure all communications comply with regulatory and compliance requirements
