Carne Group in London seeks an experienced Associate Director – Marketing (Client Experience) to lead and evolve the client experience strategy, embedding a Voice of the Client approach across onboarding, servicing and renewal phases.

The role collaborates with executive leadership to strengthen client trust, improve retention and drive client-led growth in a regulated financial services environment. Based in London with in-person stakeholder engagement.
