With the continued success of our Lisburn and Dromore food halls, we are now recruiting for an experienced retail assistant. This will be a 16-hour contract based in our Dromore food hall. With customer focus as the number one priority, our Retail Assistants are the first point of call for lending a helping hand.
You could be assisting customers on tills or just striking up a conversation in our food hall. Retail Assistants at Carnbrooke are always interacting with customers, ensuring they leave with exactly what they want and a positive lasting impression.
The hours will be spread across the week but will include at least one evening and one weekend shift. We are flexible in our shift patterns, which can be discussed during the interview process. All Carnbrooke employees receive a 20% discount on own brand products.
What do you need?
- You must have the ability to demonstrate good communication skills.
- Experience in customer service.
- Involvement in team working.
- Previous retail and customer service experience, preferably in the grocery sector, is required.
Compensation: Up to £12.00 Per Hour
Hours: 16 Hours Per Week (3/4 Shifts), including weekdays and weekends.
