The Opportunity: As a Supervisor, you are a vital part of our retail leadership. You will support the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and take the lead in their absence. We are looking for someone with a natural flair for teamwork, a positive outlook, and the confidence to think on your feet. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Motivate the staff to provide friendly, professional service and lead by example in food safety and stock management.
