Job description Role: Foodservice Sales Administrator Location: 100-108 Ballynahinch Road, Lisburn, BT27 5EZ Salary £26-£30K Summary Carnbrooke is a family-owned business supplying premium meat products to hotels and restaurants throughout Northern Ireland and operate an award-winning Butchery & Food Hall retail business in Lisburn and Dromore. We are now in the position to advertise for a talented and results driven Foodservice Sales Administrator. As Foodservice Sales Administrator you will primarily provide administrative and operational support to the sales team within the foodservice and factory department. You will assist with various tasks, including customer enquiries, order processing, and reporting, ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction. As an effective Foodservice Sales Administrator, you must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You will be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Handling customer enquiries over phone, email, or in person, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services. Order Processing: Taking and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment over the phone, email and online platforms. This role will involve an element of inbound and outbound call management. Administrative Support: Managing price files, paperwork, raising invoices, updating customer records including price file management, and preparing sales reports. General office administrative duties: Assist with daily administrative tasks to support office and business operations. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining records. Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with preparing samples, order confirmations, and other sales-related tasks. You will support the sales team in achieving targets by providing timely information and resources as needed. Data Analysis: Analysing sales data, identifying trends, and contributing to sales strategies.
