Summary of the Role

We are now recruiting for an experienced Retail Assistant. This will be a full-time permanent contract, based in our Lisburn food hall. With customer focus the number one priority, our Retail Assistants are the first point of call for lending a helping hand. You could be stocking shelves, assisting customers on tills or just striking up a conversation in our food hall. Retail Assistants at Carnbrooke are always interacting with customers, ensuring they leave with exactly what they want and with a positive lasting impression. The hours will be spread across the week and will include a regular weekend shift between the hours of 7.30 and 6pm. We are flexible in our shift patterns, which can be discussed at the interview process.

All Carnbrooke employees receive 20% discount on own label products.

What do you need?

  • You must have the ability to show good communication skills.
  • Experience of good customer service and involvement of team working.
  • Previous retail customer service experience, preferably in the food retail sector.
