In this role, you will lead our multi channel marketing efforts, from building our online community to designing the physical materials our customers see every day in our food halls. The Role As our part-time Marketing Assistant, you will manage both our digital presence and physical branding. You will be responsible for creating engaging online content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, maintaining our website, and producing all our eye-catching in-house promotional materials. This position offers immense creative freedom to experiment with new ideas and shape how our brand looks and feels. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos, film engaging videos, and write compelling captions to showcase our products and team. In-Store Marketing: Design and produce all in-store marketing and promotional materials, ensuring our physical shop displays are fresh, clear, and attractive. Website Management: Regularly update our website with fresh content, seasonal promotions, and accurate product information. Community Management: Respond to online messages and comments with a friendly, welcoming tone that reflects our brand. Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of retail and social media trends to keep our marketing strategy innovative. Presenting your ideas to management. What We Are Looking For: A creative storyteller with a genuine passion for local food. Basic graphic design skills to create clean, professional print and digital promotional materials. Experience updating websites (or the willingness and aptitude to learn basic website management tools). Strong photography and video skills, specifically optimised for social media platforms like TikTok and Reels. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet print deadlines.
