Carmy's is a fast-paced New York slice shop in Covent Garden. We deliver a classic slice shop experience with authentic flavours in a fun environment. We are looking for experienced pizza chefs to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience making and baking large pizzas and be able to work in a fast and tidy manner.
Stretch and top 20-inch pies to a consistently high standard, at a fast pace
Make dough and other prep tasks such as preparing herbs, cooking vodka sauce, and preparing other items for our menu
Control the oven and bake each pizza perfectly
Experience is essential
Being able to work well with others is a must
Ability to maintain standards under pressure
