Your role in shaping our future

We are seeking an exceptionally talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Director of Product, you will focus on creating “WOW” product experiences, and delivering stunningly beautiful product flows to our customers. With a customer NPS of +97 and a TrustPilot score of 4.9/5, you'll be pushing the boundaries to see how much more we can surprise and delight with our product.

As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in all phases of the design process, from concept to execution. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to be at the forefront of designing user-centric solutions that customers will love.

What you’ll do

  • Core product experience (~80%)
    • Design ‘wow’ moments through stunning visuals and intuitive user flows that elevate the entire product experience.
    • Continuously seek ways to enhance the user experience, leveraging visually stunning design to delight customers.
    • Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to refine and implement your designs.
    • Run creative design sessions with members of the Carmoola team to gather input.
    • Utilise Figma and various animation tools to create dynamic designs and delightful interactions.
  • Website & marketing support (~20%)
    • Support the marketing and growth teams, designing striking visual assets and campaign templates.
    • Act as a guardian of the Carmoola brand aesthetic, ensuring a seamless visual transition from paid social ads and web touchpoints into the app itself.
    • Support website design improvements.
