As Customer Ops Exec you will be:

  • Responding to customer enquiries over the phone, via chat and email.
  • Delivering WOW to our customers with excellent customer service.
  • Interacting with current and potential customers.
  • Interacting with the Product team to continually improve the customer experience.
  • Always be looking for ways to go ‘above and beyond' to make customers happy.
  • Managing all aspects of the loan, including onboarding new customers, collections and complaints.

Our ideal Customer Ops Exec will have:

  • The very best written and verbal communication skills, you love to engage and people find you to be warm and friendly.
  • 2 plus years experience in a consumer friendly environment, in customer service or similar.
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills, very good empathy and high EQ.
  • Worked in a mobile app environment (with Zendesk experience as a bonus).
  • Experience within a startup environment.
  • A growth mindset and positive attitude.
  • Experience working in lending or consumer credit is a massive bonus!

  • This is a shift-based role. You will work a 40 hour week, and our opening hours are 8am to 9pm, 7 days a week, so you’ll usually work 2 weekends a month, but some months it could be 3 weekends.
