We’re looking for ambitious Trainee Finance Brokers to join our dynamic team in Motherwell. What you will be doing:
- Working with warm, qualified leads – no cold calling!
- Speaking with customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Advising customers on tailored car finance options
- Managing each customer’s journey from enquiry to approval
- Coordinating with dealers and internal teams to finalise deals
- Logging updates accurately in our CRM system
- Verifying documents such as ID and bank details
- Providing outstanding customer service – always

What you will need:
- Sales or customer service experience (especially phone-based)
- Previous contact centre experience is a bonus – but we’re not a typical call centre
- A confident, clear communicator who builds rapport easily
- Able to follow a structured sales process and hit KPIs
- Motivated, goal‑driven, and full of energy
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and good at handling objections
- Knowledge of car finance or motor sales? Even better!

Week 1: 9‑6 Monday to Friday
