CarMoney is one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital finance brokers, working with brands like AutoTrader, Motors, Gumtree, and Exchange & Mart. Our head office is based in Eurocentral, just off the M8 between Glasgow and Edinburgh. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Complaints & Resolutions Administrator to join our growing team at CarMoney. This is a key role supporting the effective management of complaints, resolutions, and associated administration, ensuring fair outcomes for customers and compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Logging & allocating new complaints and rejections
  • Managing the Complaints inbox, ensuring records are accurately updated with all communications
  • Logging Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) complaints
  • Managing associated costs centrally, including authorisation from Management
  • Input payments on the bank
  • Reconciling costs to accounting system on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy
  • Sending cases to external agencies and communicating updates
  • Managing auction stock and sales

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in an accounts, administration, or debt collection role
  • Knowledge of FCA and GDPR requirements (desirable)
  • Knowledge of the car finance industry (desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach
  • Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external agencies
  • A proactive mindset, taking ownership and responsibility to get things done
