We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Complaints & Resolutions Administrator to join our growing team at CarMoney. This is a key role supporting the effective management of complaints, resolutions, and associated administration, ensuring fair outcomes for customers and compliance with regulatory requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
- Logging & allocating new complaints and rejections
- Managing the Complaints inbox, ensuring records are accurately updated with all communications
- Logging Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) complaints
- Managing associated costs centrally, including authorisation from Management
- Input payments
