We’re looking for an ambitious Trainee Car Finance Broker to join our small dynamic team in Dundee. What you will be doing:
- Working with warm, qualified leads – no cold calling!
- Speaking with customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Advising customers on tailored car finance options
- Managing each customer’s journey from enquiry to approval
- Coordinating with dealers and internal teams to finalise deals
- Logging updates accurately in our CRM system
- Verifying documents such as ID and bank details
- Providing outstanding customer service – always
