We are particularly interested in Senior Engineers who have progressed beyond purely setting out and can demonstrate experience leading other engineers, coordinating works and communicating effectively across different shifts . A key part of the position will be ensuring that information is communicated accurately between the day and night engineering teams , maintaining continuity across the project. You should have experience working on major infrastructure projects, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor , and be confident mentoring junior engineers while coordinating with site management and subcontractors.
