Carmichael are seeking a Sub Agent to join the team working on a highway’s infrastructure project based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
The position may also require you to travel to other site locations within the area.
- RAMS
- Programmes
- Programme / phasing mark ups
- Assisting or overseeing site progress / programme
- Assisting or overseeing project health, safety and quality
- Measures / take offs – need to have experience of using bluebeam
- Material take offs / call offs / stock takes
- Assisting with material procurement
- Material reconciliations
- Toolbox talks
- Lift plans
- Inspection test plans / quality management
- Record keeping
- Site meetings
- Cat & genny scanning and service marking
- Temporary works reviews / planning
- H&S inspections
- Assisting with change management
- Role will either include working across numerous projects up to £4m or be based on one project as required
- Required CSCS card and ideally SSSTS or SMSTS
