As we continue to support major infrastructure projects across the UK, we are recruiting a Resourcer/Recruitment Administrator to provide essential support to our recruitment, candidate attraction and compliance activity.
This role is based in Thame, Oxfordshire.

This role offers exposure to all aspects of recruitment administration, candidate resourcing and compliance, with structured support and clear opportunities to progress into recruitment.
As a Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer you will
- Register new candidates and maintain accurate records within our recruitment database.
- Advertise vacancies across multiple job boards and social media platforms, ensuring adverts are engaging and targeted.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, Linked In, referrals and internal databases.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone conversations to assess suitability, availability and experience.
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future vacancies across the civil engineering and infrastructure sectors.
- Support recruiters by identifying suitable candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Manage candidate enquiries received via email, telephone and social media, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Carry out candidate registration calls and collect all relevant compliance documentation.
- Arrange interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Build professional CVs and candidate profiles for submission to clients.
- Assist with job board administration, database housekeeping and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure Right to Work, references, qualifications and other onboarding documentation are completed correctly.
- Assist with payroll administration, timesheets and contractor queries where required.
- Produce reports and provide administrative support to the wider recruitment team.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, becoming a trusted point of contact throughout their recruitment journey.
To be considered for this role you will
- Have previous experience within recruitment, administration, customer service or a similar office-based environment.
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Be confident speaking with people over the telephone and building rapport.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Be confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook and database/CRM systems.
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
- Be motivated to learn and develop within the recruitment industry.
Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
